alone和lonely的區(qū)別

　　Alone 和 lonely 都與 “獨(dú)處” 有關(guān)系，但它們的意思和用法并不一樣。alone和lonely的區(qū)別主要有：詞義不同，詞性不同，用法不同三個方面。

　　1. “Alone” 可作形容詞用，表示 “獨(dú)自的，一個人的”。

　　I was alone when I got the call.

　　He was alone and couldn't find his parents.

　　2. “Alone” 也可作方式副詞，表示 “獨(dú)自地，一個人地(做某事)”。

　　She usually works alone and doesn't like working in teams.

　　My uncle lives alone since his partner left.

　　3. “l(fā)onely”， 只可以作形容詞。描述一個人的感受是 “孤獨(dú)的，因獨(dú)自一人而傷感的”，修飾地方時，意思是“偏遠(yuǎn)的，荒涼的”。

　　He felt so lonely and like he had no one to talk to.

　　I adopted a second dog to act as company for my first. I was worried she was feeling lonely.
